What is included
What a full bike service includes
A full bike service checks the whole bike for safety, then adjusts the brakes and gears and cleans and lubricates the chain. The Essential package adds new brake and gear cables, trued wheels and a hydraulic brake fluid check. Premium adds new tyres and new brake pads, fitted at your door.

Bicycle MOT
A bicycle MOT is our Standard service
There is no legal MOT for bicycles in the UK, so a bicycle MOT means a structured safety inspection with the adjustments that follow from it. Our Standard package does that job at your door.

E-bikes and cargo bikes
E-bike servicing costs more, and here is why
E-bikes are heavier, faster and harder on parts, so each package carries a higher price on an e-bike and higher again on a cargo bike. You pick the bike type when you book, and the price for that type is shown before you pay.
The mechanical work is the same on every bike. Motor, battery and controller faults are diagnosed at your door and referred to an authorised service centre rather than guessed at. Read more on our e-bike repair and cargo bike repair pages.

What we don't do
Some jobs need a workshop or a specialist, so we do not take them on at the kerb.
- Fork servicing. We do not rebuild front or rear shock absorbers.
- Frame repairs. We inspect frames but do not repair them.
- Aluminium frame manipulation.
- Conversion kits.
- Illegal e-bikes and illegal modifications.
- Rohloff hub servicing. Gear cabling on a Rohloff hub is fine.
- Seized seat post removals.
- Mopeds.
When we come
Seven days a week
We run seven days a week across all 33 London boroughs. Individual repairs and an Essential service can be booked for the same day, subject to availability. A Standard or Premium service needs 24 hours’ notice. Tell us about the bike when you book so the mechanic arrives with the right tyres, pads and cables for it.

Priced before you book, tested before we leave.
Tyred mechanics travel to you by cargo bike with tools and common parts on board, so the work happens at your door rather than in a workshop queue.
Each job is priced before you book and tested before the bike is handed back. A part we do not carry is priced before it is fitted, so you approve the cost first.
