How quickly can a mechanic reach me?

Same-day slots are usually available across central and inner London, especially for bookings placed in the morning. Outer boroughs are typically within 24 hours. You pick the slot that suits you when you book.

What kind of bikes do you repair?

Standard bikes, road bikes, hybrids, folders, cargo bikes and e-bikes. With e-bikes that includes the electrical side too – motor, battery and wiring – as well as the usual drivetrain, brakes and wheels. Whatever you ride, a Cytech-qualified mechanic turns up able to work on it.

Are your mechanics qualified?

Yes. Tyred mechanics are Cytech-qualified – the cycle industry standard – and turn up with a portable workstand, the common spare parts and the tools to do the job at your door.

What hours do you operate?

We run from 9am to midnight, seven days a week, so a repair can fit around work, the school run or an evening once the kids are down.
