The Tyred team together in their London workshop, surrounded by tools and spare tyres.

We fix bikes where they break. Come and help us do it for the whole of London.

That takes mechanics on the road, the platform they run on, and the people selling it and insuring it. We hire across all of it.

What it is actually like

We are a small team, which means wide remits and short lines. There is nobody sitting between you and the decision, and you will end up doing things that were not in the job description.

It also means shifting priorities and a fair amount of ambiguity. Some weeks the plan changes on the Tuesday. If you want a fixed remit and a settled roadmap, this is the wrong place, and we would rather say that now than at offer stage.

What comes with the job - pay, hours, kit - is genuinely different for a mechanic on the road and an engineer on the platform. We would rather tell you straight in the role or the first conversation than put one list on this page that only half of us actually get.

Open roles

Nothing open right now. We hire in bursts, so it is still worth a note.

Tell us what you would want to take on here, and why. Mechanics, engineers, sales, operations - if you think there is a job we have not thought of, say so.
