Tyred is now a Zero Emissions Network partner

We started Tyred because bikes shouldn't let you down, and when they do, it shouldn't take a week to sort out. The Zero Emissions Network started because London needs a lot more people cycling. Two different missions heading the same way, so Tyred has teamed up with ZEN to make it happen.

Who ZEN is

ZEN works with businesses and residents across Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Westminster and the City of London, helping them switch to lower-emission ways of getting around. A good chunk of that is cycling and cargo bikes: grants, trials, and practical support for anyone trying to move people or goods without reaching for a van.

George Rowlands, ZEN's Project Officer, told us:

ZEN Partnership Offer

The first two months of Tyred are free. A mechanic checks your bike over before anything breaks. If something does go wrong in between visits, the same team comes out to fix it, wherever you are. No wheeling a bike onto the bus. No waiting a week for a slot.

After the two months, it's from £14.99 a month, and you can cancel whenever you like.

Claiming it takes three steps:

Tyred won ZEN's Cargo Bike Grant

We're genuinely excited to have won ZEN's Cargo Bike Grant. It means a new cargo bike joins our London team, so our mechanics can carry more parts and tools to more jobs without needing a van. That makes repairs more accessible to more people, wherever they are in the city.
